The AcT Programme is managed by four highly skilled, passionate and committed organisations that bring their unique expertise to this programme.
KPMG
KPMG Africa Development Advisory Services (DAS) is responsible for the overall management of the programme. Through their team located in Dar es Salaam, KPMG will provide excellence in programme and grant management.
MDF Consultancy and Training
Located in Arusha, MDF specializes in the capacity development of Tanzanian CSOs and is responsible for the capacity development elements of the AcT programme.
Delta Partnership
Delta Partnership has extensive experience of linking governments and civil society across a range of sectors and will ensure that the AcT Programme benefits from the lessons learned from those other programmes. Delta is responsible for programme management areas including knowledge management, learning, grants process development and technical assistance.
ODI
ODI is one of UK’s leading independent development think tanks. The Poverty and Public Policy Group (PPPG) will help the programme to map changes in behaviour and political power relationships and to identify and prioritise the programme’s areas of focus. ODI will also provide expertise in capacity building and outcomes mapping.
