Adapting OM into Measuring & Managing a Grant-making Partnership

The AcT programme is known for its partnership approach towards grantees. The AcT approach is one that has been developed over time based on lessons learned and flixibility. What started as a simple exercise growing out of our use of Outcome Mapping (OM), developed into  sophisticated rubrics to support analysis of a partner organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, and is now being used to report to DFID on evidence that our work with partner organisations is delivering results in terms of part of the purpose of the AcT Programme, which is ‘a strengthened civil society’.
